If you say so, but the intersection of Highways 16 and 124 certainly don't reflect your claim according to the Google map I posted....

With that being said, I'm not going to argue with you since you obviously have first hand knowledge of the area........

Yes, the junction of two, backwater highways.

Both two-lane country roads.

I think the state refers to them as tertiary highways. And all it means is there’s something at each end.

The “Park and Ride” they refer to is a place where the county leveled and put down about 5,000 sq ft of gravel under some shade trees along the road.

Very little traffic, very low population density. Real working agriculture or gentleman farms. 5 miles to the NEAREST six pack.
