Awesome!
Do not send a nickel to my state.
Look at the ages of those Trump Judges.
We’ll be Winning for quite a while.
Woop Woop Woop!!!
The next thing I want to see is Federal Marshalls going to these sanctuary cities and detaining the mayors and city councils members who authorized sanctuary cities.
Hold them until they reconsider their sanctuary city stance.
Hit them in the pocketbook, it’s the only thing they understand.
Don’t forget Mitch.
“So this is why Smuckey wants the 8.5 billion. “

Who is Smuckey?
And I’m so thrilled for this ruling!
Schmucky.
“The states challenging the policy are New York, Connecticut, New Jersey, Rhode Island, Washington, Massachusetts and Virginia.”
Not California?
SO MUCH WINNING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Elections have consequences!
Music to the ears.
This is consistent with rulings in the 1970s when the federal gubmnt required states to change their speed limits to 55 MPH or highway funding would be withheld. It’s not unprecedented. When you are dependent, you are a slave.
California, KNEEL before your master!!!! LMAO!!!
This will be sure to hit the Supremes. But this is a great signal on a major issue!
Perfect reply to the “Wise Latina.”
If President Trump listened to some here on FreeRepublic and just bull dozed his way against these sanctuary cities he most likely had been removed from office.
In every case a judge ruled against him he obeyed the judge and just took the case to a higher level.
By waiting almost three years he has had time to replace a lot of liberal judges with more conservative ones.
Not sure how much this point affects judges but they have to see the tide is turning against the left.
So by winning in the courts he can do more against the sanctuary cities and now the officials in those cities see they are not going to win in the courts. Elections have consequences and big city liberals will soon learn what those are.
>>>Wow, this is an important ruling.<<<
Better get busy . . . election day is a mere 9 months and some days away.
They might want to start in Los Angeles county.
Here is the opinion:

This works for me. It’s a bit hypocritical to request a grant when you don’t plan to use it for the intended purposes.
I don’t know how to put emojis else I would put up one with a huge grin.
