He is an Episcopalian. Episcopalians are NOT Christians. They are a counterfeit cult, mostly mimicking Catholicism, but you look into what they believe, they have disavowed most orthodox Christian teachings, including those on sin, repentance, living a Christian life, sexual morality, the nature of God and the Trinity, the meaning of baptism, and so on.
What does that leave them with?
I'm sure when James Madison was crafting the language of what became the 1st Amendment, he considered qualifying "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof" with the caveat "except to protect the rights of LGBTQ persons" but figured it was unnecessary as no American would ever think of discriminating against someone because of the way they flaunted their sexual practices.
