Nose/Mouth mask alone may not be sufficient.
Eyes need to be protected as well.
and don’t forget the latex gloves - not the ones labeled food service - not adequate. you can get some food ones off Amazon $25 or so a box of 100 as I recall
you’ll have to learn to take them off without cross-contamination - not easy
