#8.When you have WHO refusing to declare a world-wide pandemic, despite confirmed reports internationally
#9.When you realize that you don't own your own production of safety equipment or medications to combat the illness
Then you might have a crisis in the making !
I am not trying to be an alarmist, but common sense needs to prevail !
