Probably time served. With a promise to be more careful in the future.

Probably similar to Bill Cosby, up to ten years. It may be a life sentence, because of his health and age.

“With these charges , what is the range of jail time he could receive?”

This should be instructive. My guess is that, whatever the sentence, he’ll do less time than Roger Stone.

They could give him 90 days and I’d give him a 50/50 chance of serving the entire time. More than enough time for him to “not” commit suicide in there.

Hours upon hours of in-mansion detention with an ankle bracelet, supervised by scantily clad 20 something cuties probably. Could happen to anybody. He’s the real victim here.

He's facing five to 25 years for the criminal sexual assault conviction and 18 months to four years for the third-degree rape conviction.

So, from six and a half to 29 if served consecutively, from five to 25 if served concurrently, (and if the judge sticks to the sentencing guidelines). He's 67, so it isn't beyond the realm of possibility that he could be up for parole as soon as age 70 or he could be in until he's 96. That's just off this trial - more to come. If I were his attorney I'd be hoping his check doesn't bounce.

On the radio they're saying 5 to 29 years.

Remember one thing people, if Hillary had won, Weinstein would never have been charged!
