Executive orders and packing government agencies won’t help him this time around. He’ll just have his legislation and orders challenged in court over and over again.

China already nationalized the factory over there that makes the N95 face masks-—apparently the only mask that is useful against the Coronavirus. Before they stole it, they had banned exports of the production.

Sooo— a major health issue comes roaring out of China & they refuse to ship masks to the rest of the world.

I beg to differ. Here is what he can do via Executive Action without any action from Congress:

1. Stop enforcing the immigration laws and inquiring about anyone's immigration status. In essence, incapacitate ICE.

2. Ask Border Patrol to stand down at the Border, and ask the Mexican President to send in all the immigrant caravans that are being stopped by the Mexican Federalis.

3. Order DOJ to issue a sanctuary city-like directive to all Police Departments across America.

4. Call a CEO Summit and ask them to pledge to GND-inspired business and hiring practices. Most will gladly to it.

5. Cancel all pipeline, mining and fracking permits.

The good news is that the human body was designed to not need medicines to keep it alive. It grows in an environment with an abundance of nutrients that will keep it going reliably for many decades. But if you put questionable stuff in it, all bets are off...
