WHO has been carrying China’s water, complementing the Xi regime at every opportunity. China wants travel and commerce to re-commence as their economy, and thus, Xi’s continued hold on power, is at stake. Xi doesn’t care how many foreigners die as a result. (I don’t think Trump will be fooled. But he will face renewed attacks from our press for being “unreasonable.”)
