Twitter is reportedly suspending 70 accounts, some of which are backed by Michael Bloombergs campaign, that have posted identical messages in support of the Democrats presidential bid, calling the content platform manipulation.
The Los Angeles Times examined the accounts and alerted Twitter, who on Friday determined the posts violated company policy and said they would begin suspending the profiles.
A portion of accounts are operated by Bloomberg campaign workers called deputy field organizers who pump out pro-Bloomberg content across social media networks, including Twitter, for $2,500 a month, the report said.
One identical post shared by at least four different accounts directs users to a recent pro-Bloomberg tweet by singer Barbra Streisand.
A President Is Born: Barbra Streisand sings Mikes praises. Check out her tweet, the post reads.
Twitter told The Times: We have taken enforcement action on a group of accounts for violating our rules against platform manipulation and spam.
The platform manipulation and spam policy that was violated was implemented by Twitter last September.

He loses the women's vote, which for Democrats is akin to losing plasma.
Twitter told The Times: We have taken enforcement action on a group of accounts for violating our rules against platform manipulation and spam.
Thats peculiar, Media Matters and MoveOn have years on publicized platform manipulation execution behind them and remain untouched and even amplified.
It’s too bad the Los Angeles Times didn’t have the same investigative fervor when they instead decided to suppress the video tape of Obama praising PLO terrorist, Rashid Khalidi, back in 2003.
That’s just the ones they discovered.
They’ll never match the Russians.
I guess Twitter isn’t falling for the “Bloomberg is democrat” tag. I guess once a Republican always a Republican to them.
This is going to be really interesting because as it looks now, Bloombergs campaign is over. He’s got too much dirt and not enough support, so what we are facing here is the real possibility a blatant hardcore communist - Bernie Sanders - could be the Rats nominee lol lol. I don’t think they will push him aside this time because it will tick off his supporters plus they really don’t have anyone that could obviously beat Trump. This is too much, we are going to have a Stalinist running against Trump.

Sigh. Trump will not allow Bernie to avoid debate. It will be like the old MTV claymation thing- ? Celebrity Knock Down
The absurdity -and people will tune in. The Dems will freak. It wont be like the current democrat primary debates where the competition is bad sitcoms.
The world will watch. Trump will -joyfully dismantle the democrat ideal of your be ruled and impoverished by us while we rulers live in wealth gained by shredding the constitution.
Maybe he should contact the Russians... I hear they're pretty good at campaign work.. (snort)
Just another example of how poorly run the Bloomie campaign is. A bunch of Russian hackers can do a better job of manipulating social media in English than can the Bloomberg bumbling fools.
I knew they were idiots when they used a voiceover guy with a Brooklyn accent for their radio ads in Texas.
That dog just won’t hunt.
Even the Yankee Communist Bernie’s folks were smart enough to hold a rally at the local rodeo arena.
Now, Bloomie may well be able to buy the nomination, but unless he sacks his campaign staff and starts over, he’ll never be able to connect with the voters in the South and inland west.
Trump has a huge grass roots following on Twitter. Bloomberg is going for the Astroturf . . .
