Wuhan is building another 19 hospitals for Coronavirus, so not even they have turned the corner on this monster, at least not yet:
they are called”hospitals” by the ccp, but are 1000 bed sealed buildings where those who are forcibly incarcerated either live or die without any treatments which facilities are easy to build as no toilets are included
