It's a shame when lust for power and personal ego make someone do stupid things. The guy should enjoy his Bermuda mansion and golf.

There are different types of hubris.
Bloomberg did make huge money based on his own efforts, so he thinks he’s smart enough to run our lives.
Baraq Obama thought he was smart enough to run our lives because he was born that way.

Re his mansion in Bermuda...

In order for a nonUK citizen to buy property in Bermuda, one MUST file certain papers with Parliament, to be passed on, or not. Said papers do contain many questions about the person/s and the family. ( and yes, I DO know all about this, because my parents had to do this, when they purchased property there. )

I'm not certain if it is still true, but at one time, the wealthiest, poshest place ( area ) in Bermuda, where the mansions were, was called "FAIRYLAND". The name had to do with it being akin to something remarkable...out of an old fairy tale.
