He now IS the “Old Man” he sang about. I can see him sitting on his front porch, grimacing and just waiting for a kid to walk on his lawn. I bet he’s bitter and angry. For sure he’s still as clueless as he ever was

...but what has he done the last 50 years, besides be an idiot? He's made a handful of decent, but not great, albums since the 70's. Harvest Moon and Freedom come to mind. The rest have been at best forgettable and at worst embarrassingly bad.
