Democrats think that they have figured out a way to encourage more illegal aliens to come to the United States. The bill, “Protecting the Right to Organize,” which passed the House last week, allows illegal aliens to be protected by federal labor laws. In reality, this will keep illegals from getting hired and thus discourage them from coming to the United States.

This should be part of a Comprehensive Immigration Enforcement bill, missing since 1986 ONE TIME amnesty. The List of Comprehensive Immigration Enforcement, missing since 1987 goes like this -

1) southern barrier;
2) require eVerify to hire;
3) end all chain migration;
4) birthright per Minor v. Happersett (plural parents);
5) end work visas;
6) 10-year moratorium on all new applications for citizenship (40 years to allow workplace automation effects on downsizing population);
7) Set up an illegal aliens’ victim restitution fund.

Enactment of these provisions will motivate illegal aliens to SELF-deport, and remove colonizadors from our welfare rolls.

Both sides here are being “too clever by half.”

Blah! It would be a bad precedent to afford them any rights under US law. It better not make it through the Senate. Let alone be signed by Trump.

One big item is missing from this list: Enforce the prohibition on welfare benefits for immigrants and non-citizens.

... Enforce the prohibition on welfare benefits for immigrants and non-citizens.

The victims’s restitution fund addresses the concept of aliens on welfare. But things like drivers’ licenses (why can’t they use licenses from their country of origin?) and voting registration may need a separate bullet point.

The whole point of illegal immigration is cheap underground labor.

You take it away, the entire rationale for illegal immigration disappears.

That's for Republicans. For Democrats, the point is to import voters.

Hate to break it to you but illegal aliens have the same constitutional protections that you enjoy including labor protections.

The only difference is that they can't vote, posses firearms or remain in the US but the dems are working to fix all that.
