Apparently you and others still don’t understand Trump’s method of handling people. He praises first and gives them the chance to do the right thing. If they don’t get it right he unleashes the pain. Simple management technique. Xi “refined” some things and apparently stumbled on a means of slowing the virus down. If the numbers do not continue to drop then Trump will bring the pain. Meanwhile Trump reduced the air traffic from China and established quarantine zones here at home.

I am believing more and more that President Trump has a reason for everything he does, and the reason is not stupidity. I trust him.
