I don't think it is necessary to disparage his religion by calling it out in a list of other epithets...
He’s an atheist. He was recently pressed by a friend of mine who is executive director of a historic black church in my area on his religion (he was photo-opting his way across Alabama). He refused to answer the question and promptly lost her vote.
