They track every move with cameras, monitor the phones and micromanage every bit of law enforcement while letting major crimes go unsolved. Even with all of their police state tactics 71% of crimes go unpunished and the ones that do get caught get sentences that are laughable by US standards. They make it worth your while to be a scam artist, so much so that people emigrate from other countries just to come to the UK and rip people off. They can steal millions, finally get caught, do 2 years and retire in luxury after they get out. Crime pays and pays well. Just don't go calling attention to yourself by saying something truly criminal like marriage should be between a man and a woman.
