Gilmour was the voice you wanted to hear, but Roger was effective on the songs he did sing. I don’t think Nobody Home would be improved with Dave on vocals. The funny thing is, Rog hired Roy Harper to sing Have a Cigar and then the king of cynicism said that Roy had too cynical a take on the material.
