No its not. Its control! Criminals are criminals. These asshole use it to co trol the real threat, the law abidding. If they decide to go to the darkside, democraps are doo ed. However Virginia appears to be proof that this will not happen. In Revolutioanary days, these idiots in the VA govt would have been lynched. We are in a season of heavily armed cowards, God help us! We will put our trust in the SCOTUS to do the right thing, instead of sending the message to the next state trying the same thing. That next state BTW is New Mexico. They also voted to consfiscate guns.
