Bloomberg-Klobuchar is indeed their strongest ticket, but cannot beat Trump. The Bernie-Bots are not going to vote for Bloomberg.

That ticket cannot happen on the first ballot.

It could happen on a second ballot, but then the Bernie-bots and Antifa would go totally nuts for months.
