My S-I-L works in a Privately Run ICE Detention Center.
They have to jump through hoops to take care of the Detainees. They all know their “Rights” and they can get in trouble if they don’t take care of every complaint.
They actually have a Law Library there for the Detainees” to use. The get Pro Bono Lawyers, special Meals, better Healthcare than they could ever dream of in their Home Countries, access to Television (they loved watching the Impeachment Hearings) Entertainment / Games and have an Advocate available five days a week.
