Items 2 and 3 are literally a massive vote-buying scheme. It’s illegal to stand outside a polling place and give people $10 to vote for you, but he’s waving $100,000 dollar bills in front of college students.
I personally believe that the Democrats deliberately set-up the student loan program in this manner to allow them to buy a future election when they really needed one.
