NH has a closed primary. You can only vote in the party primary you are enrolled in.
Unenrolled voted (some call them indepedents) can enroll in a party today and vote for that parties candidates.
There is 72% reporting now ... does this seem like the vote count is slow? Does Soros still have truckloads of ballots to redistribute? I can’t tell if the vote count is slow (it surely seems - 11 PM EST) or if the decision folks for the nets etc. are simply waiting for last counties to figure out how many they need. Inquiring minds etc. ;)
