Even if the president or his staff had somehow failed to provide follow-up it is insulting in the extreme to assume that a woman raising 2 children alone and SFC returning from a war zone are somehow unable to figure out how to find a place for their family to stay.

He didn't say UNABLE, he said UNPREPARED.
