I’m talking about her banging the gavel “dissolving” both Houses, then calling them “to order.” Not the tearing up of the speech.
There is something really off with her. Never mind the political stuff. Every time I see her on camera, she is rolling her tongue around her mouth as if she is playing with loose dentures. She knows she is on camera. Something health wise is happening to her.
