Michael Medved had throat cancer and came back after treatment. I’m sure Rush will get the best treatment available. Michael Douglas and Val Kilmer also beat throat cancer.

those are two different beasts. I had the same kind of cancer as Medved and Douglas, and the onco’s greatest fear was having it spread to my lungs.
beating this will not be a walk in the park.
My brother beat throat cancer but went through horrid treatments of chemo and radiation that damaged him permanently. After a while the cancer came back in the form of lung cancer. They caught it very early, the lesions were very small and slow growing. I think he lived with that maybe two years, maybe three or almost.
He sadly passed away last spring at 72. His body just couldn’t fight it any longer and he chose hospice. I don’t even want to say what he went through.
Just saying every case is different. I think cancer is a demon that we can’t seem to get rid of. There is just so much cancer and I hate it!
I pray for Rush and all those suffering. It isn’t anything you’d wish on your worst enemy. I sincerely hope Rush can beat this. But reality does bite. I just hope they don’t find it anywhere else in his body. That’s end game.
