Hey, Schiff, the president has the constitutional authority over foreign policy including the final word on aid. The congress cannot repeal that by simply passing a law. Furthermore, it’s only in your opinion that he did this to cheat on elections. The Biden/Burisma dealings in Ukraine is obviously corrupt and the president wanted to make sure that the new Ukraine president wasn’t going to allow such corruption to continue wasting our tax dollars.
