You can’t shut them up. Just get the Dems off balance and playing defense. Think about the period right after Mueller melted under the Senate lights and before the Ukraine hoax got rolling. That is the ideal. Unfortunately, the GOP Senate has shown no interest in engaging the coup. Thus giving the House Dems a free hand to attack and impeach POTUS at their leisure.
Man, that is sure true in spades. They encouraged and enabled it every opportunity. At this point they are in "sweep it under the rug" mode, while they pat each other on the back "Thank you for your generous and thoughtful service to the people."
Oh well. We're human, ruled by failed people, just like all the rest of humanity. I'm glad to have lived through a relatively peaceful and prosperous time/place. Won't always be like that.
