Yeah but, think about what it means to have oversight. The only thing he does, from time to time, is appoint a judge to that part-time duty/. Other than that it is totally hands off. Technically, Roberts has oversight of all federal courts, seeing as how he is chief of the highest court.

Seems like Roberts should’ve recused, from the sham impeachment proceedings, since he’s tied into the FISA warrants (as the person who oversees said court).
