No - they simply dug up 40 year old basketball court and pulled out 'old fashion' swings/monkey bars. They are putting in some sort of 21st century protective kids equipment and need to pour a new court. They started in LATE SUMMER … we have no idea what the hold up is.

From government bureaucracy (code inspectors, EPA, OSHA, etc) to issues with the new playground equipment, to weather.
