One bill will allow transgender people to be issued new birth certificates that are not based on the sex of their birth. Even if they have not surgically altered their sex, they will still be able to get the new birth certificate.

This pretty much obliterates the validity of government issued documents, AND laws which protect females from certain behaviors.

And how will this work with the fancy new TSA requirements for airline flight? Will people from every State that does this not be allowed to fly at all?

Also, what about other States? If I was born in VA but live in TX, I assume they'll still change my BC, but how is TX gonna accept that? Especially when I already have a bunch of documents/titles/deeds/etc in my name in my real sex?

Likewise, what if I was born in TX and live in VA? My BC comes out of TX, and they don;t allow this stupidity. So what's VA gonna do, if I can't change my BC? Can I still edit my Driver's License, or, since TX won't change the BC, am I stuck with the sex I'm pretending not to be?
