There was audible grumbling and cries of “not true” heard by reporters in the gallery. Schiff managed to alienate Sen. Lisa Murkowski (R-AK) one of the few Republicans whom Democrats and the media believe are persuadable on impeachment.

But I was struck by the irony of the idea when we’re talking about a president who would make himself a monarch, that whoever that was would use the terminology of a penalty that was imposed by a monarch: a head on a pike.”

I think it is both. The Russia hoax blew up in his face. The DOJ even stated the last 2 FISA renewals are invalid during his impeachment presentation to the Senate.
Adam Schiff IS an unforced error. It is all he will ever be.
I am Pro-Life, but Adam Schiff is one of the best arguments for abortion I have seen.
It wouldn’t take blackmail if he, as I strongly suspect, is an “agent of Satan!”
Many people don’t believe Satan actually exists but they are mistaken and I strongly suspect we are seeing his ugly, lying, evil, face right before our very eyes!
I also believe God is allowing us to experience, first-hand, how Satan operates amongst us by way of his minions.
Schiff looks straightforward at us and espouses one lie after another as he did when he repeated the so-called phone call to Ukraine.
When he was finally called on it, he merely shrugged it off and has repeated it here on the floor of the Senate. Satan is the father of all lies, as we are told. Schiff exemplifies his “father!”
Do something? The GOP is letting Schiff destroy his case through exaggeration, extremism, and outright lies.
As if that were the only big lie and grossly unfair comment from Schiff and the rest of the Democrats.
The Republicans like Murkowski and Collins are just as craven and mendacious as Schitt. After all the scurrilous and false statements the Marxocrats have been allowed to make during this entire sham impeachment, the line was somehow crossed because of this “heads on pikes” remark? I mean, seriously? Yeah, right.

Senators and Representatives cannot be “impeached.”
The House can vote to expel a Representative. And the Senate can vote to expel a Senator. But it’s not called impeachment, because it’s a different procedure with a different Constitutional basis:
Each chamber makes its own rules regarding how and why it is done. The Senate is not involved in removing a Representative. The House is not involved in the removal of a Senator.
I suspect he has a lot of experience with Schitt-holes being packed.

The remark that is the subject of the OP, that is not the worst of it all. It is a small offense, a known false warning that isn’t relevent to the case.
The senators that have it right are the ones pissed at being taken for fools on the substance. It’s okay to take the public for fools, but not the senate.
They, the senators, think we are that stupid.

All this drama...all their theatrics...their lies. They know they’ve already lost the backing of the hard working class of American people. What we and everyone else are witnessing by the Democrats/Leftists/Liberals is simply the manifestation of fear and desperation.
