The best case for shifty is a thought crime of which there is no such thing.
Trump may have thought about withholding funds for this reason or that but the fact remains he did not withhold funds. It may turn out that the whistleblower saved Trump’s presidency.
All they have is what Trump may have thought about.
There’s no body here, there’s no victim and there’s no perpetrator.
You need all three elements to try to try someone in a courtroom in this country.
As far as political crimes go, Democrats haven’t established either Ukraine or Biden where harmed by Trump’s conduct.
Booting him from office for doing nothing wrong would be an Intolerable affront to our Constitution.
Democrats want to do it because they can’t beat Trump fair and square at the ballot box.
If they thought they could beat him, they would never have impeached him.
