I just took a peek at the impeachment opening statements. Only lasted two minutes. Rep Val Demings just said, "based on reporting by the New York Times." NOOOOO!!!! She should have said.... based on the FAKE NEWS in the New York Times.

I am not a lawyer, but I doubt that something reported in any media is allowed in testimony in a court trial. The dishonest Dems say these things and then they get repeated in the "news" and on the internet. Half the country believes the lies.

Dems sure know how to get elected. What they don't care about is good governance after election.

Mueller frequently used reports by NYT and WaPo as some sort of evidence. It was a circular type of thing, the guilty ones leaked to the media, who reported it, the Mueller used it as evidence.
