Democrats are engaging in dilatory motions because they have no case.

If they had a case, they would just adopt the Clinton trial rules and be ready to hear witnesses down the road.

That speaks volumes about the weakness of the impeachment they’re prosecuting in the Senate.

Exactly. Just wonder to what ridiculous lengths Chuckie will take his amendments before he realizes the amount of coals he is piling upon the Demon-rat party?

Arent they supposed to be arguing facts and evidence they have?
Seems like right now they’ve spent all their time trying to convince the “court” they need witnesses and subpoenas instead of arguing their case?

Or are they supposed to be debating about subpoenas right now?
