The father did this and he wanted to give HIS baby personhood and put an obituary in the paper for it but could not without a death certificate.
If you are talking about the other woman mentioned in the article (not Brad Allen’s partner) I assume she now regrets having aborted her child, and wants the state, the world really, to acknowledge that it was a child.
