It takes a lot of hypocrisy and chutzpah to challenge the Republicans in the Senate to conduct a trial in accordance with the Constitution, after you disregarded the Constitution and ran an entirely unfair witch-hunt/lynching impeachment process in the House - during which the President wasn't allowed to call witnesses and defend himself.

The problem for Nadless is that the Republicans will run it IAW the Constitution with all of the protections for the accused that entails.
