Sounds like what happened in Colorado in 2013.
We outnumbered the pro gun control crowd by about 200 to one.
Legislators ignored it. Passed it anyway.
Same in Maryland. Over 1200 people testified against the gun grab. Less than ten were in favor. My delegate told me he’d never seen such a turnout. Of course, the rats passed it overwhelmingly. Politicians and especially democrats could care less about the people they supposedly represent.
