Hey, I only posted about her performance because I was so elated at the reception for President Trump and wanted the anthem to be the icing on the cake of the moment.
I just didn’t think she did that great of a job with it. I wasn’t aware that she was the top Christian singer, but I guess that means her performance is off limits. It seemed like she didn’t get some of the lyrics right, and I didn’t think her runs were very good. I guess I should be glad they didn’t bring in some rap singer to butcher the anthem.
I agree that the reception for President Trump was awesome and exhilarating.
While on air, Nati also asked Daigle: “Do you feel that homosexuality is a sin?”
“You know, I can’t honestly answer on that,” Daigle responded. The singer added that she had “too many people that I love” that “are homosexuals.”
She continued saying that she recently had spoken to someone about the topic, but “I can’t say one way or the other. I’m not God.”
