So how does it work with a wall like this? Is the wall built on U.S. property, Mexican property, or some designated “no man’s land”? If it were on U.S. property, couldn’t “they” claim to be in the U.S. on the Mexican side of the wall? Curious.

The middle of the Rio Grande is the border, so the fence is obviously in the US. ...There is no “no man’s land”.
