C'mon. Let them have their little face-saving hijinks.Negative. I tend to believe the first reports from OUR DOD that those in command in Iraq had fore knowledge of the attack and were able to get troops and staff to safe locations.
A day or two after the fact and THEY say, "Yeah, we missed on purpose."
