That's a fool's errand.
Citizens in California, Maryland, Colorado, New York, Connecticut, Massachusetts, and New Jersey have been waiting for decades for the courts to defend and restore their rights.
It simply never transpires.
If they don’t successfully cause any conservative to make any big mistake, then they’ve overstepped and will lose. Let some cases go to the Supreme Court, and let all in Virginia who see their freedoms being threatened wake up and vote conservative.
