No I’m not. It’s the site of ancient Babylon and the Persian Empire. It was a thriving and cultured modern country until the Islamists took over in 1979. Its people, especially women, are drop dead gorgeous. A lot of Iranian expats here in L.A. many who are 3rd generation by this point.
