All true but Iran in Lebanon, Iraq, S Arabia, Yemen, Syria, and a lot of other places, is acting well outside the rope barrier. I think the point of their face saving retaliation may be that we get to avoid a war, they get to continue wreaking havoc. That includes nuclear weapons, destroying Israel, terrorist attacks, etc.
Once again, I think we’ve kicked the cab down the road. But don’t dismiss the fact that we’ve probably been trying to talk to them behind the scenes.
Could it be possible that our recently deceased was part of the price for us leaving?
It would be easy for the Ayatollahs to pick up the phone and tell us who was in seat B2.
