I live in a very remote county in Oregon, where there are more animals then people, and property has been for sale for years, and at the lowest prices in the state. Few want to live this remote, mostly ranchers here.

In the last week, all of a sudden 5 out of 21 listings for the whole county, have pending sales. Some small residential places in town, and some very very large acreage ranches that have been for sale for years, for a few million. Seemed so strange to see this just all of a sudden. Maybe this is why............

Thank you...I began searching for small home, as I am downsizing, and I knew my popular tourist area was being crowded by outsiders buying in... What I found out as I compared other counties was places no one really cared about living were sold out, as prices were low....seems most counties have had upswing in sales, and available homes dwindling. That was wake up call. I remembered the comment Dems were asking left voters to move to red states, but this is going to be voter fraud from probably illegals as well....so glad I am finding this is all across country. Pray and talk to friends about their areas....we need a strategy to use in 2020 to prevent the fraud.
