Bolton left in a HUFF when he thought President Trump was being too “soft” on Iran. He was so pizzed that he was contemplating giving testimony that was not completely Trump supportive.
Voila, President Trump bombs and kills Salami and Bolton is all …”OKAY, I’M READY TO GIVE MY TESTIMONY NOW.”
ALL WILL BE EXCULPATORY. SURPRISE, SURPRISE....
Bolton has been saying he’d give testimony ALL ALONG provided the conditions were met and a formal subpoena was made out. He needed that in order for the Trump admin to take the issue to court.
The Democrats unfortunately didn’t bite and were too wary to do it.
The decision to act on Iran has to do with the defection of a very important Iranian general in April most likely. The defector was one of Suleimani’s comrades in the IRGC and he brought with him reams of material outlining Iranian [Suleimsn’s] terrorism plans and methods.
