Agree, if it takes a nuke option to make it happen the odds are slim with Mitt and the other girls standing in the way. This despite the fact the Senate already voted that the house process was a rancid POS. That is as forgotten as Graham’s DOA declaration.

That’s never been changed. They changed the vote threshold for judicial confirmation.

Senate rules can be changed with 51 votes. They don’t need Democrat consent.
