But I think that is so the dems think he is a star witness and pump him up as the next Trump slayer... But he will deliver the truth and they will be very very upset and call him a turncoat or whatever because he didn’t have the goods that they hyped up, even though Bolton has never said he had anything.

That is the question. I am of the belief that he will not. I think he is trolling them. When or if he does testify the media will make it a must see event, they will announce with bated breath that victory is at last in hand.
