In November famed pathologist Dr. Michael Baden went on FOX and Friends where he claimed evidence points to homicide over suicide in Jeffrey Epstein’s prison death.
Dr. Baden also pointed to the three broken neck bones were “very unusual of suicide and more indicative of homicide strangulation.”
Dr. Baden is not the only top pathologist who said this. Dr. Cyril Wecht, a doctor and lawyer, told Kennedy on FOX Business Network in August a Montreal study found only 2 of 239 hanging death resulted in a broken Hyoid bone — or less than 1% of those killed.
Dr. Baden was hired by the pedophile’s family to observe the autopsy.
Dr. Baden also joined Judge Jeanine Pirro later that week where they discussed Jeffrey Epstein’s death.

One thing I noticed is that the marks on his neck aren’t contiguous. They break off from the main circumferential markings and angle downward, as if someone strangled him with a taut cord while standing over him.
And while that's do-able, it requires a lot of resolve to go through with, unless perhaps you have sleeping pills or something that will make you go unconscious, as that woman from Washington State did a few years ago, where they had videos of her buying OTC sleeping aids prior to her disappearance.

That is the mark of a garrote. A suicide from hanging would have the marks angle up toward the ears as he slumped forward as he lost consciousness.

One thing I notice about Epstein’s neck woulds is they are fake. Notice how in a hanging there is tissue under the skin that is traumatized and in the last few beats of the heart blood that is being squeezed into damaged capillaries leaks out under the skin causing bruising beneath the abraided areas of epithelium? Yeah, that bruising that is not in the photos? Yeah, that skin that is a color of only skin that has actual blood being delivered to those same capillaries that are undamaged?
In my decade of neurosurgery I saw a lot of dead bodies that had recently gotten that way from head and neck trauma. That body has had neither.
