New regs will solve many problems. Instead of flushing the comode, just use a plastic bag and leave it on the sidewalk. Water problem solved.

Oh no! You said "plastic bag"! Leftist heads all over CA are exploding as we speak! You must use approved recycled paper bags designed to turn to mush within 10 minutes of contact with anything wet.

It would have been a little better if you said to kill a baby seal or for sure better if you said to kill a human baby. Leftists love to do that.

The big local station KTLA did say it in their local news reporting.
You can see it on the previous links I sent you.

True, but the utilities will get their money one way or another as well. By not doing future projects, by cutting maintenance, by padding figures, by not letting any penalty fees slide, by overestimating necessary rate increase socthat the compromise figure is closer to what they want,...

No business will operate at a loss. They will do whatever they can when targeted by government.

They can just turn the water off if over their state mandated total. Will suck if your house is in fire. What about swimming pools?

California and Illinois are losing the most residents ...and most of ‘em are moving to red states...

I wonder if there’s any connection? /s

When those Red States turn blue, Kalifornia, Illinois, and NY will have accomplished their goal. Blue Dems will vote Dem wherever they are. They don’t or won’t associate catastrophes like Cali and ChiTown with Democrat policies and ideologies. Better they stay where they wre.

I live in Florida - we don’t want democrats coming here for the lower taxes, then voting for democrats to raise taxes.

They need to stay in the hellholes they’ve created.

The more law breakers violate current laws, the more law makers pass newer laws to punish the law abiding for actions that have no impact on crime.

So it looks like they're actually doing something, don'tcha know.

QUIT SPREADING FAKE NEWS!

There is no law against showering and doing laundry on the same day. There are no specific statewide laws that require individual households to meet any specific targets. The targets will be set for an entire service area and are scheduled to go into effect in 2023.

No matter how the law is written, the public taxpayer will pay in the end .... always, without exception.

You know, there was a time where behavior like this would get you tarred and feathered, and run out on a rail. Guess a coherent, informed population has gone out of style.
