I get your point but I think ithe rapid response is more about not having to develop a story line to cover your tracks about why you were there attempting to recover American munitions supplied to hostile forces to destabilize a region. Obama and Hillary’s State needed a whopper to explain why our Diplomats were murdered and had to construct the story before approving support to save lives.
Two different foreign policies. One with an acutely evil intent, another with Americans first.
